Create your garden, tend it: get your hands in the soil, live and share the experience!
Vegetable gardening is not only a great educational tool, but also a great way of forging social links, helping us to adapt to climate change, revitalize our regions and meet the challenges of food security and resilience.
Le potager participe à l’amélioration des conditions de travail, en créant un espace vert, ludique, utile et commun !
Pour 50% des salariés, l’environnement de travail influence la santé physique et mentale (Actineo, 2021). Alors que le mal-être au travail est en augmentation, le potager en entreprise est l’opportunité de créer un espace qui favorise le bien-être et le lien social au sein d’une équipe, tout en étant une initiative pédagogique qui rapproche de la nature.
L’entretien du potager permet également de sensibiliser à l’alimentation saine, aux légumes et petits fruits de saison, et à l’agriculture écologique. Il s’agit d’un outil au service de la RSE et de l’engagement de l’entreprise, qui ne nécessite pas d’être expert ! Le potager est accessible à tous !
Une étude de Human Spaces menée en 2015 a montré que la présence de nature augmente la créativité de 15% !
Des potagers au sein des entreprises, c’est possible !
Les entreprises ont des espaces qui peuvent être utilisés pour un potager. Celui ci peut-être aussi petit que 4m2 et exister à travers l’utilisation de bacs, ou en pleine terre. Chaque acte éco-citoyen compte. Il n’y a pas de gestes inutiles en faveur de la transition écologique, et il n’est pas nécessaire d’avoir la main verte !
Formez une équipe de 3 membres minimum, avec un ou une capitaine, qui crée et entretient le potager et bénéficiez :
- D’animations dans les entreprises par Landestini (une animation minimum par entreprise) et en visioconférence (5 visios dans l’année) qui répondent aux questions des participants ;
- D’un accompagnement personnalisé à distance : une plateforme internet, un numéro vert, des échanges par mail et téléphone pour transmettre des savoirs et des savoir-faire !
10 prix à gagner, une équipe championne et deux prix coup de coeur !
