After a decade of wandering between the UK and the Hautes Alpes, between the Rockies and the Tarn, between a management school and an agronomy school, I've decided to put down my few suitcases in the Cantal to settle here permanently and encourage the practice not only of peasant agriculture, but also of what I call peasant food.
